Policies & Procedures

 Digital Files 

 

3Hearts, LLC offers digital files. Digital files cannot be resold but can be used on items to sell (commercial use). You are responsible for your own printing or using of the file when you request/purchase a digital file.

 

-Digital files are found www.etsy.com/shop/3heartsllc

 

-Each digital file listing is a digital file only and not a physical product or an actual printed product. Please read each listing to know what file type you are purchasing (PDF, SVG, PNG or JPEG).

 

-Due to different monitor calibrations and printer setups, output colors may vary.

 

-Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital files due to the nature of the product.

 

Digital files are located under your Etsy purchases after your payment has been confirmed.

 

*Fees for digital files start at $10 and go up according to the order or type of design needing to be created rather it’s a logo, invitation design, banner or backdrop design, SVG or t-shirt design, the price will vary. A non- refundable design fee of the quoted price for your product is required before the starting of any product. Once you approve the design, the design fee will be subtracted, and the remaining balance is then due before the completion of the product.

Custom Requests

Customers have questions. We have answers. If you need something that is not posted on our website or in our group, please contact us at contactus@3heartsllc.com

 

An addition fee is required if your photo needs to be fixed, this includes removing backgrounds, fixing possible blurriness and etc. Otherwise, I do not do any file editing or changes. Prints/stickers/designs will appear as is when it’s sent.

 

I will let you know though before you make payment.

 

Accepted Files:

-High resolution PNGs

-SVG/vectored images

 

-Stickers must have a minimum of 100 to order.

-Transfer must have a minimum of 6 of each design for custom transfers.

-Transfers that are on the site or advertised in my Facebook group (Boss Woman Transfers) does not have a minimum, but the website minimum is $25.00

Order Delayed

 

Orders are shipped 5-10 business days (Monday –Friday) from the day of payment.

 

RTS items are shipped 3-5 business days from the day of payment.

 

If a RTS item is ordered with other none RTS items, it will then be shipped 5-10 days from the day of payment.

 

If it’s a holiday season (November – January 1st) orders will then be shipped 7-10 business days from the day of payment.

 

If there are any other outstanding circumstances, customers will be always notified and communicated with.

Processing & Shipping 

​

Shipping time is the time chosen at check out; it's not the same as the processing time. Processing time for all orders is 5-10 business days and that does not include a holiday/weekend if there is one in between those days. So, if you place an order on July 1st, 2022 (5-10 business days) this order will ship by the method of shipping chosen at checkout on July 16, 2022.

Shipping is usually done through USPS or UPS ground services upon request. Rush orders/Express mail is an option but at the buyer's expense.

 

You have the option to ship priority, or ground service unless you request the more expensive service prior to placing an order. Please refer to UPS.com and USPS.com for rate increases for comparisons as well.

 

If you are placing a bulk order, keep in mind that to keep your costs down, because bulk orders require larger boxes with more weight, you will significantly pay more for a faster service. To keep your costs economical, please be aware that it will ship priority/ground.

Any items that have been damaged during shipment must be filed with the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing claims and communicating with the postal service they used. Anything under priority service does not have insurance.

 

The expected delivery date DOES NOT come with a money-back guarantee. The ONLY MONEY BACK GUARANTEED SERVICE is OVERNIGHT PRIORITY EXPRESS. If this option is needed, you must let me know before placing your order!

 

3Hearts, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If priority or express shipping was your shipping method according to postal there is a certain dollar amount that your package can get a claim up to. This claim is not given until proper investigation has been done by the postal service.

If a customer fails to accept delivery, pick up, or provide information needed to complete a order within 60 days, we will consider the property abandoned and we have the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way we choose.

 

 

Exchanges 

 

All Sales are FINAL!

 

There is absolutely no exchange on personalized or custom items unless there was an error made on the company's end. We make a very diligent effort to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.

​

If there is an issue on our part that you may have an issue with, IT MUST BE reported within 48 HOURS of delivery status, NO EXCEPTIONS! Photographic proof is required. The replacement will be what was ordered on the original order. No changes can be made.

​

Refunds 

 

I understand and agree that majority of the products sold by 3Hearts, LLC are custom, made to order items, will under NO circumstance be refunded in any way. If you feel like there is an exception or have a special case that need to be reviewed by our company do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that you are paying for a creative service and the time spent designing and personalizing your item with personal information and/or photos, which is permitted for one-time PERSONAL USE. This item is not a licensed product; all character images (Disney) used are free and not being sold. We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders. Items purchased are for one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold for any reason.
